About Me
My name is Domino, and I've lived a life that doesn't fit neatly into any box.
I survived domestic violence.
I survived motherhood
I survived widowhood.
I survived cancer.
I survived war.
And somewhere in between all of that surviving,
I picked myself up and started over
—many, many times…
and the last time it was in a new country...
in a new chapter...
on my own terms.
What I found on the other side wasn't a new version of me…
It was the original one.
The one who always felt 25 inside.
The one who still gets a thrill from a record at full volume…
a last-minute flight somewhere electric…
a good glass of wine with even better conversation…
and the kind of style that tells the truth about who you really are.
That woman was never missing. She was just waiting for permission.
And I'm done waiting.
This is where I write about music and the artists that still move me...
travel as a way of being alive...style that doesn't apologize...
wine & food worth savoring...life on my own terms...
and the attitude it takes to live fully — at 45, at 60, at 75, and beyond.
This isn't a midlife crisis. This is a midlife arrival.
For the ones who grew up on vinyl and bold moves
and the belief that life should feel like something.
For those of us who've survived the hard chapters
— and are choosing, loudly and deliberately, to write a better one.
This isn't about reinvention. It's about revelation.
The bold, free, unapologetic version of us was never missing...
...rather just waiting for the right moment to take up space.
Here's the moment!
Because midlife isn't the end of the story...
It's where it finally gets interesting!
Live bold. Age loud. No apologies.
Welcome/Bienvenue
